The Association’s bodies are as follows: the Assembly, Administrative Board, Supervisory Committee and Disciplinary Board. The term of office for all elected and appointed members of all bodies of the Slovenian Paraplegic Association is four years.
The Assembly is the highest body of the Slovenian Paraplegic Association, responsible for defining its development and operations strategies. It consists of groups of three members from each regional association.

The Administrative Board is the executive body composed of the legal representative of members as well as the President of the Slovenian Paraplegic Association, who is simultaneously the head of the Administrative Board.
The President is the authorising body and furthermore is responsible for representing the Slovenian Paraplegic Association, and acting independently and without restrictions on behalf of the Association within legal transactions. Its responsibilities also include the enforcing of decisions instituted by other bodies of the Slovenian Paraplegic Association.
The Supervisory Board is composed of three members elected from their ranks by the Assembly for the term of four years based on nominations by organisations affiliated with the Slovenian Paraplegic Association. The same applies to the Disciplinary Board.
